How to update my account information?
If you have an active account with us, login to your account and update your information under my profile.

How do I know my order has been processed?
Normally the orders are processed and shipped within 24hr of receiving payments. You will receive a confirmation email for your completed order.

Track my orders
Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email with shipment tracking information.

What if the product I want is out of stock?
Out of stock items are not available for ordering at this time unless indicated as a presale item, which you can order in advance.

How do I return a product or cancel my order?
We only accept returns for the product(s) purchased on Forever Bloom website. For details please follow our standard return policy. For products purchased through third party stores or websites you should follow their return policy.

What should I do if my order is missing an item?
You will not be charged if something was not shipped and your confirmation email should clearly indicate that. You should see outstanding or pending shipment for that item(s) that are out of stock or backordered. Please have your order number and let us know if you have been charged for the items you’re missing.

Is there a limit to the number of orders for each product?
If the ordered items are under promotion, most popular or a limited-edition collection that Forever Bloom has launched, we place a monthly limit (varies per product / promotion and is usually stated in the fine print.)
